GARDENING
As the world around us becomes more and more high tech, and life passes us by at speeds we did not even know existed, many of us find sanctuary in our humble gardens. Sure, we can aspire to be featured in one of the many magazines highlighting fabulous specimens of color and design.
However, most of us are happy to find the time to dig and plant, and work with the earth on our own piece of land. It seems to bring our days into perspective, after all the hustle and bustle of work and traffic, or errands and projects.
We introduce our children to the knowledge of how things grow, where our food really comes from and how wonderful it feels to work with the soil, nurturing growing plants.
To some, this feeling of joy is accomplished with indoor plants, either decorative or edible. Regardless, gardening brings much pleasure to many of us and we are happy to share it with you.
